Core Nutritionals has a stacked fall lineup right now: a refreshed everyday PRE, a new Pumpkin Spice flavor of its PRO Gourmet Protein Blend, a Hydrate collaboration with Big League Chew, and a new Carrot Cake flavor of Oats & Whey. Everything is available now at corenutritionals.com, and you can find Core at other retailers too, including Dick's Sporting Goods for the Big League Chew Hydrate. I have reviewed almost all of it, so here is how each one stacks up and where to get it.
Core Nutritionals PRE: The Refreshed Everyday Pre-Workout
The new PRE is built to be taken every single day. Each serving has 6g of L-citrulline, 3.2g of beta-alanine, 2g of taurine, a gram of tyrosine, 500mg of choline bitartrate, plus sodium and potassium. The everyday part is the caffeine: only 200mg, which is enough to get you going without wrecking your sleep. It comes in 30-serving tubs for $34.99, in Strawberry Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Tropical Mango Pineapple, Fun Sweets Orange Cream and Fun Sweets Blue Raspberry.
The Strawberry Lemonade flavor is a collaboration with Core athlete and IFBB Pro Ashlyn Little. You get the sweet strawberry and the tart lemonade without either one being overpowering, and it doesn't even taste like a pre-workout in the slightest. I'm a big strawberry lemonade guy, so it's easily a 9.7 out of 10. Watch my PRE review on Instagram.
Core PRO Gourmet Protein Blend: Pumpkin Spice
Pumpkin Spice is the new seasonal flavor of PRO, Core's gourmet protein blend. Each scoop is 130 calories, 2g of fat, 2g of carbs and 25g of protein from whey protein concentrate, whey protein isolate and milk protein isolate, with added digestive enzymes. The 2lb tub has about 27 servings for $54.99.
I'm not the biggest pumpkin spice guy, but you get the cinnamon, the nutmeg and the other pumpkin spice notes without it being overpowering or in your face. For me it's a 7.5 out of 10. If you like pumpkin spice, I'd honestly call it a 9.5 out of 10. Am I going to finish the whole tub? Absolutely. Watch my Pumpkin Spice PRO review on Instagram.
Core Hydrate x Big League Chew
This is the official Core Nutritionals x Big League Chew collaboration, turning the classic gum flavors into a zero-sugar hydration mix. Each stick pack has over 1,000mg of electrolytes, taurine, coconut water and ConcenTrace trace minerals, and it is Informed Sport Certified. A box of 10 stick packs is $17.99 at corenutritionals.com, and the 10-pack is also at Dick's Sporting Goods for $19.99.
I tried every flavor, and every one tastes exactly like the gum. Here is how I ranked them:
- Outta Here Original: 9.8 out of 10, dead accurate to the original
- Grand Slam Grape: 9.6 out of 10
- Big Rally Blue Raspberry: 9.5 out of 10, smoother and more refreshing than I expected
- Swingin' Sour Apple: 9.5 out of 10
- Punch Out Pink Lemonade: 9.2 out of 10, sweeter than I expected

Core Oats & Whey: New Carrot Cake Flavor
Oats & Whey is Core's gourmet protein oats, made with rolled oats, cold-processed whey protein concentrate, chia seeds, a coconut oil creamer and real inclusions. Carrot Cake is the newest flavor, added in August and joining Apple Cinnamon, Blueberry Crumble and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup. Per serving, Carrot Cake has 360 calories, 25g of protein, 11g of fat and 39g of carbs, with white baking chips as the inclusion. A 10-serving bag is $39.99.
I haven't tried Carrot Cake yet, but I have reviewed the original three. Each serving lands around 350 to 400 calories with 25 to 27g of protein, and the best part is you don't taste any protein at all. I'm not an overnight oats guy, and Apple Cinnamon still got a 9 out of 10, with Blueberry Crumble at 8.9 and Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup at 8.8. Watch my Oats & Whey review on Instagram.

Bottom Line
If you only grab one thing from the Core Nutritionals fall lineup, make it the PRE in Strawberry Lemonade. It's a real everyday formula, and the flavor got a 9.7 from me. The Big League Chew Hydrate is the most fun, and Pumpkin Spice PRO is a must for pumpkin spice fans. For more of my favorites, check out my best pre-workouts of 2026.
