Accepting these terms
Whatsuppwithlucas ("we," "us," "the Site") is operated by Lucas Kaelin. By browsing the Site, taking the quiz, submitting a form, or buying merch, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
You must be 18 or older
This Site covers sports nutrition and training and is intended for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it, to submit anything to us, to sign up for email, or to place an order. Do not use the Site if you are under 18.
What this site is for
Everything here, including reviews, ingredient breakdowns, rankings, quiz results, blog posts, videos, and social content, is published for information and entertainment. It is one person's testing and research, not a clinical resource.

We are not physicians, dietitians, or healthcare professionals, and nothing here creates a provider-patient relationship. Nothing on the Site is medical, nutritional, or professional advice, and you should not use it to diagnose or treat anything. Opinions, accuracy, and no guarantees
Scores, rankings, and recommendations are opinions. Effectiveness, taste, mixability, side effects, and value vary from person to person, and results shown or described are individual experiences, not typical outcomes. We make no promise that any product or program will do anything specific for you.
Supplement formulas, prices, and availability change constantly, and third-party information can be wrong or out of date. Always check the label and the manufacturer's own site before you buy. We may update, revise, or remove content at any time.
Buying merch
- Prices and taxes. Prices are in US dollars and can change without notice. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout. Shipping is charged as shown at checkout. Import duties and customs fees on international orders are not included and are the recipient's responsibility.
- Order acceptance. Placing an order is an offer, not a completed contract. The contract forms when we send the shipping confirmation. We may cancel or limit an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price or description was wrong, or the order looks fraudulent. If we do, we refund you in full.
- Accuracy of your details. You are responsible for the shipping address and contact details you enter.
- Returns and delivery. Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy are part of these terms.
- Payment. Checkout and payment run through Shopify, and their terms apply to that part of the transaction.
Discount codes and promotions
Discount codes, brand codes, and promotions on this Site can change, expire, or stop working at any time without notice, including codes for other brands that we do not control. Codes are for personal use, cannot be resold, and cannot be combined unless we say so. If a code does not work, that is between you and the brand offering it, though you are welcome to tell us so we can update the page.
Our content
The text, photos, videos, graphics, layouts, logos, review scores, and quiz on this Site belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may read, share, and link to it, and quote short excerpts with credit and a link. You may not republish, resell, scrape, bulk-copy, or use our content to train a model without our written permission. Brand names and logos belong to their owners and appear here for identification and review, which does not imply endorsement or affiliation unless we say so.
What you submit
This covers quiz answers, contact messages, product submissions and pitches, comments, and anything else you send us.
- You confirm you have the right to send it and that it is accurate.
- You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, use, adapt, and publish it in connection with the Site and our content, including quoting a pitch in a review. We will not publish your email address, phone number, or postal address.
- Do not send confidential information. Nothing you send is confidential, and no NDA is created by sending it. If you pitch us a product, ingredient, or idea, we may already be working on something similar and we owe you nothing for it.
- We can moderate, edit, or remove submissions at any time, and we are not obliged to publish or respond to anything.
Things you may not do
- Break the law, infringe someone's rights, or defame, harass, or threaten anyone.
- Scrape, crawl at scale, or copy the Site to build a competing product or dataset.
- Upload malware, probe our security, or interfere with how the Site runs.
- Impersonate anyone, misstate a brand affiliation, or post fake reviews.
- Abuse discount codes, resell codes, or place fraudulent orders.
- Use the Site if you are under 18.
Links and embedded content
We link to brand sites and embed content from platforms like Instagram and YouTube. We do not control those sites, do not endorse everything on them, and are not responsible for their content, products, or privacy practices. Once you click through, their terms apply.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any information on it is complete or current. Products you buy from third-party brands come with whatever warranty that brand offers, not ours. Nothing here excludes any warranty that cannot legally be excluded, and merch you buy from us is covered by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or personal injury, arising from your use of the Site, your use of any supplement or program discussed here, or your dealings with any third-party brand. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or $100 if you paid us nothing. Some states do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as the law permits.
Indemnification
You agree to cover us for any claims, losses, and reasonable legal costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or anything you submit.
Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute must be brought in the state or federal courts located in Texas, and you and we both consent to that jurisdiction. If you are a consumer elsewhere, this does not take away any right you have to bring a claim in your home courts under local law.
Odds and ends
If part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. Our not enforcing something once does not waive it. These terms, plus the policies linked here, are the whole agreement between us about the Site.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top will change, and continued use of the Site after that means you accept the update.
