If you're in California — or any state with a similar law — you can tell us to stop sharing your information for targeted advertising. Here's what that covers on this site and how to switch it off.
What "sell or share" means here
We do not sell your personal information for money. But California law also covers "sharing," which means passing information to a partner for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we'd rather be straight with you than lean on a technicality.
One thing on this site fits that definition: the Klaviyo web pixel. It records what you browse and buy so the marketing email you get is relevant instead of random. We treat that as sharing for targeted advertising, and you can turn it off.
Nothing else here does this. We don't run Google Analytics, the Meta pixel, or the TikTok pixel, and we don't sell or rent our email list.
Opt out
Use the control below to set your privacy preferences for this browser.
Two other ways, both equally valid:
- Global Privacy Control. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as an opt-out for that browser automatically. You don't need to tell us anything.
- Email. Write to inquires@getbig973.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Include the email address you use with us so we can find you. We action opt-outs within 15 business days.
Browser-based opt-outs are stored in that browser, so you'll need to set them again on a different device or after clearing cookies.
If you're in Texas or another state
The Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to opt out of targeted advertising, sale, and profiling, and other states with comparable laws use similar wording. It's the same switch — use any of the three options above. Texas residents can also appeal if we refuse a request, and complain to the Texas Attorney General.
Your other rights
- Know what personal information we hold and where it came from.
- Get a copy of it.
- Correct anything inaccurate.
- Delete it, apart from records we must keep for tax and legal reasons.
- Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.

No penalty for asking
We will never discriminate against you for exercising these rights. Same prices, same discount codes, same service. Opting out doesn't stop you getting our email if you want it — it just stops the browsing data feeding into it.
