Whatsuppwithlucas respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. We respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA).
Filing a Notice
If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent including:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with enough detail to locate it (URL is best)
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, agent, or law
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner
