Frequently asked
Questions, answered straight
Real talk on reviews, sponsorships, discount codes, and what I will and will not do.
How do you choose which products to review?
Three buckets: products my audience asks about, products from brands I have an active relationship with, and products I am personally curious about. Trending releases usually skip the line.
How long do you test a product before reviewing it?
Long enough to form a real opinion. For pre-workouts, energy drinks, and pumps: usually 2–4 weeks of regular use. For protein, creatine, and daily-stack items: 4–8 weeks. For sleep, recovery, or cognition products: a full bottle minimum.
Are your reviews biased because of sponsorships?
No. Sponsorship gets a brand a review slot. It does not buy a score. If a sponsored product underperforms, I say so. The full process is on the How We Review page.
What does your score actually mean?
The score weights formulation, dosing, transparency, experience (taste/mixability/side effects), and value. A breakdown of the weighting is on the How We Review page.
Can I trust a review with an affiliate link?
Yes. Affiliate links don't change the score. They just mean if you decide to buy, I earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Full breakdown on the Affiliate Disclosure page.
Do your codes actually save me money?
Yes. Every code I share is a real, working discount the brand authorized for my audience. If a code stops working, email me and I will get it fixed or replaced.
Do you make money when I use your code?
Usually, yes. Codes are typically tied to an affiliate tracker so I earn a small commission. It costs you nothing extra and the discount is real either way.
A code didn't work. What now?
Email me with the brand, the code you tried, and a screenshot if possible. I will reach out to the brand and either get it fixed or send you an alternative.
Where do I find all the active codes?
The full active list lives on the Deals page and individual brand pages. Codes get rotated, paused, and updated. That page is the source of truth.
How do brands pitch you?
Through the Submit a Product page. That goes straight to my inbox. I read everything and reply if it's a fit.
Will you do a sponsored review if the product is bad?
I will not take the deal if the formula is obviously bad on paper. If I take a sponsored review and the product underperforms in testing, I publish the honest result. That is non-negotiable and disclosed up front to every brand.
Do you offer long-term partnerships?
Yes, for brands whose products I actually use and recommend. Reach out via the pitch form and select Long-term partnership.
Where can I see my orders?
Use the account icon in the site header to log in, then you'll see your order history, tracking, and saved details. Your order confirmation and shipping emails also carry the order number and tracking link. If you can't find something, email me and I'll look it up.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
One-click unsubscribe link is at the bottom of every email I send. You can also email me and I will remove you manually.
Are these supplements safe?
The supplements I review are sold legally in the U.S., but "legal" does not mean "right for you." Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting anything new, especially if you take prescription meds, have a medical condition, or are pregnant or nursing. See the Medical Disclaimer.
What if I have a bad reaction to a product?
Stop using it immediately and consult a healthcare provider. Adverse events should also be reported to the FDA's MedWatch program. Details on the FDA Disclosure page.
Can I take this if I am under 18?
This site is intended for adults 18+. Supplements should not be given to minors without explicit guidance from a pediatrician.
Can I republish your reviews on my site?
No. Content here is copyrighted. You can link to it freely and quote a short passage with attribution, but full republishing is not allowed without written permission. See the Terms of Service.
I found an error in a review. What do I do?
Email me with the URL and what you spotted. I correct factual errors fast and note significant changes at the top of the page. See the Editorial Standards.
How is my data handled on this site?
The short version: I do not sell your information. The full version is on the Privacy Policy page.
