Everything ships from the United States. Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding US public holidays. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
United States
- Free standard shipping on orders of $70 or more.
- Standard shipping under $70 is $8, typically 3–7 business days after dispatch.
- Express shipping is $15, typically 2–3 business days after dispatch.
International
We ship to a set list of countries, including Canada, the UK, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Singapore, and most of the EU. If we can't ship to your address, checkout will tell you. International rates are calculated live at checkout by USPS or DHL Express based on your address and the weight of your order, so you see the exact cost before you pay.
International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs.
Duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in what you pay at checkout, and are the recipient's responsibility. Your country sets them, not us, so we can't calculate or refund them. If a parcel is refused at customs and comes back to us, we'll refund the item cost but not the original shipping.
Delivery estimates
Every timeframe above is a carrier estimate, not a guarantee. Once a parcel is with the carrier its progress is out of our hands, and weather, customs, and peak periods can add time.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us straight away and we'll fix it if the order hasn't shipped. If a parcel comes back to us because the address was wrong or incomplete, we can resend it once you cover the return and reshipping cost.
Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels
If tracking hasn't moved for 7 business days within the US, or 21 business days internationally, email us and we'll open a trace with the carrier. If a parcel arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you, including shipping. Returns and refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
